Bülent Akduman

Bülent Akduman was born in Ankara, Turkey in 1970. He graduated from Gazi University School of Medicine in 1993, and finished his residency at the same University in 1999. During his residency, he worked as a visiting fellow for six months in Washington University School of Medicine , St. Louis, Missouri, USA. He did his research fellowship for one year in Urologic Oncology in University of Toronto, Sunnybrook Regional Cancer Center, Toronto, Canada. He also did Clinical Fellowship in Urologic Oncology for two years in the Universirty of Colorado, USA. He was trained in laporoscopic urology for two months in Heidelberg University, Germany. He has worked as a full professor of Urology in Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University School of Medicine since 2011.

He did many research activities and wrote international book chapters, articles, and did international presentations. He worked as a member of Turkish Urological Association Executive Comittee. He also worked as a Turkish representative of European Board of Urology for about 8 years.
